Dumbo is the special Disney elephant who uses his big ears to fly away from trouble and sadness. Treated badly by circus owners, Dumbo received his name for being viewed as dumb, but his special ability to fly means he is always happy in the end. Dumbo is unlike any other circus animal in that he is semi-anthropomorphic.
